Production times vary depending on the type of items ordered and the complexity of personalization. We also apply a protective coating after the items are personalized that requires 24h curing time. We aim to ship all items within 2-6 business days,

PureCrafts is located in the village of Keene, Ontario, Canada.

If you are in the USA and order items from Canada, you generally will have to pay duty on those items, unless they meet specific exemptions or thresholds. Items valued at $800 or less are generally duty-free under the Section 321 entry, which applies to goods entering the U.S. from Canada. T
PureCrafts s is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
