Shipping and Returns

All our products are made to order, which means each item is handmade just for you. Please allow 4-6 business days for us to create your unique piece before shipping.

Once your item is ready, we will ship it out within 1-2 business days. For a limited time , orders exceeding $75 USD (before taxes) ship for free*. All other orders are charged according to the carrier quotes provided.

*Oversized and/or overweight (greater than 40lbs) may incur additional shipping charges. These charges will be added automatically at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. For international shipments, tracking might not be available until the package leaves Canada.

PureCrafts s is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Should you refuse an shipment, PureCrafts will refund the amount of the order, less shipping, duties, brokerage and payment gateway fees associated with the order. Returned refused shipments are also subject to an additional 15% restocking fee.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We sill send you a shipping label to return the defective item. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return label was issued.  If you want your item replaced , we will produce it in priority and ship it at no additional cost to you.

If you choose to be refunded , we will credit your account promptly and send you a copy of the refund memo. as soon as we receive the item,

We do not assume responsibility of the package once it is picked up by our shipping partners. If you have an issue with your delivery, please contact the courier directly.

At PureCrafts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 24-48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed.

We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return label was issued.  Once the item is received we will refund your payment less shipping, duties, brokerage and payment gateway fees associated with the order. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you.

Returns received more than 14 days from the day the return label was issued but less than 90 days will incur a 15% restocking charge. We do not accept returns returns after 90 days.

Please note that we do not accept returns on any personalized items in our store.
